Chair Based Conditioning
This fitness class is for those people who want the benefits from exercising while feeling safer to do so seated in a chair or using it for support.
The exercise will help strengthen your body, help you feel part of a group (you can see each other in the online group and chat after) gaining social benefits that can help with mental health also.
We will be using resistance bands and a mini fit ball during the class. You are able to rest if you need to at any time. I’m always prepared to adapt exercises to suit individuals. Please let me know if you are finding any of the exercises uncomfortable during a class.
You will be requested to complete an online activity readiness questionnaire. If you need help with this please ask me. Please speak to your GP before attending if you have concerns.
Classes are pay as you go at £5.00 per class.

Wednesday at 8:45 for approx. 30mins in your own home
Move & Tone at Home
If you are able to stand in comfort and able to move without pain you can join us for Move & Tone at Home.
Your workout will begin with mobilising and warming your body then move into simple movements in intervals. This means you might have one movement to perform for example, 40 seconds followed by a short pause, say, 15 seconds before moving onto the following movement pattern. All movements can be adapted to suit an individuals’ needs.

Mindful Moves & Meditation
This session is all about relaxing, stretching, mobilisation and smooth movements. You’ll be coached through the movements to chillout sounds. Usually practising breathing, mindful moves and meditation in each session.
