I’m very pleased to offer Play, Pause, Appreciate – Family sessions.
These sessions will give you and your children the opportunity to Play, Pause & Appreciate.
With the continuous reports and news about mental health and obesity these sessions have been created to help improve family activity through playing physical games together, have the chance to quieten the mind by focusing on senses and breathing and to feel better by appreciating the good things in life.

If you’d like Play, Pause, Appreciate family sessions at home or at a venue you book yourself please contact me to discuss. If it’s going to be at your home I will need to view and assess the space available initially.
Schools and organisations are welcome to contact me to discuss running sessions at their school or venue.
Bespoke Courses
Home-Start Ashford requested a bespoke 3 week course. Each week the session was broken down into 1 hour of the adults learning about the benefits of physical activity, taking pause moments and appreciation. The next hour of each session was filled with demonstrations and practice for the whole family. My course is mainly aimed at families with children aged 5 and over. I was able to adapt so the parents had practice at the activities for when the children are older.
I believe that the habits parents are demonstrating and practising is how children begin their learning. So a parent practising movement, taking pause moments and appreciating the good moments will benefit the children. Below is a clip from Homestart sessions.
